Online Store Return Policy

At  Dulcinea Bakery and Cake Supplies, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Certain unused and unopened products may be returned within 30 days of purchase.

• Unfortunately, due to the nature of our products, we cannot refund any classes, edible items and ingredients, chocolate, chocolate molds, silicone molds, cookie cutters, piping tips, cake toppers, and merchandise that does not come in a sealed package by a manufacturer. Return exclusions are not limited to above mentioned items. You must contact customer service regarding any returns, prior the sending products back.
• Shipping charges for your original order are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping charges.
• We do not offer price adjustments on items purchased at full price if it is marked down after your purchase has been fulfilled.
• All class payments are final in store and online.
