Valentine’s Gravity Defying

In this 3-hour class you will learn to create this gravity defying Father's Day themed cake.  We will ice our cakes with buttercream, and we will learn to “suspend” a beer can that is spilling foam, all over your cake.  You will learn to mix, pipe, and do decorations.  Each student will complete their own cake.

Cost: $150 (All included, we work in a real cake)

• Students receive a 10% discount on class materials. (Fondant and gum paste exclusions apply.)
